Quick update

First, I'm posting a recent picture of my face taken about 2 weeks to the day after my surgery. I'm really happy with the results because you can hardly see the scar at all! After only 2 weeks! I'm finally allowed to wear makeup on it so it's pratically invisible.

This last week, I finally sold my 1968 Camaro. Jaime bought it for me back before we were married and we have put a lot of work and money into it. I was hoping to restore it, but I realized it was a much longer process than I'd liked. And I was pouring far more money into it than I'd expected. So I decided to sell it and buy another newer and more reliable car (most likely a late 90's BMW M3.) I got the asking price for the Camaro so I'm really happy about that. I'm pretty sad about it being gone too, I really got attached to that car. It is going to a lady in Hawaii who has the funds and time to make it into a show car. Don't worry, I am planning on getting another 1968 Camaro in a few years. I'm already saving up for one and it will be in far better condition than my last one. Here are a couple pictures of it.

$8500!!
On Friday night, Jaime and Kevin drove all the way to Port Angeles, WA so that Jaime could pick up his new bike he bought. It's a 2006 CRF 230. They didn't get home until 3am Saturday morning. So we got a few hours of sleep and then got up to go riding. Unfortunately, my bike has got some carburetor issues, so I had to take my old bike which isn't in the best of conditions either. Right now we don't have a truck for transporting our bikes so Jaime got his '66 Chevy running just good enough that we could make the short drive to Ravensdale. We did run out of gas on the way back, but luckily we had a gas can in the bed of the truck. Here is a picture of the old truck with the bikes loaded up about to take off to the trails.
